And Steele Property Management will quickly resolve maintenance requests - even those in the middle of the night. By the 15th of each month, you will receive your financial report and your distribution processed. If you want to check in more regularly, Landlords will have access to their private Owner's Portal on Yardi Breeze - our management software. And when the property needs to be released, we'll manage any vendors required to make it ready for your next tenant.

Steele Property Management's associates are here to make sure that happens by quickly and efficiently resolving concerns and requests with minimal disruption. Our list of seasoned vendors and suppliers are trustworthy, honest, and vetted. We make paying rent and submitting maintenance requests easy through Yardi Breeze. Tenants can create their own portal to pay rent and submit maintenance requests (and pictures) online.

Typical Leasing Fee: 1 month's rent
