Governance Focus:

Our job is to make Association governance easy.  So you can focus your your day-to-day, we'll handle reporting, vendor coordination, RFP processes, and maintenance issue resolution, among others.  By the 15th of each month, you will receive the Association's financial reports.  If you want to check in more regularly, Landlords will have access to their private Owner's Portal on Yardi Breeze - our management software. 
 

Owner Focus:

We want owners and occupants to have a pleasant and seamless experience.  Steele Property Management's associates are here to make sure that happens by quickly and efficiently resolving concerns and requests with minimal disruption.  Our list of seasoned vendors and suppliers are trustworthy, honest, and vetted.  We make paying rent and submitting maintenance requests easy through Yardi Breeze.  Tenant's can create their own portal to pay rent and submit maintenance requests (and pictures) online.
