Our job is to make owning investment real estate easy for you. Steele Commercial provides the leasing services to get your property leased fast. And Steele Property Management will take care of the rest: reporting, vendor coordination, RFP processes, and maintenance issue resolution, among others. By the 15th of each month, you will receive your financial report and your distribution processed. If you want to check in more regularly, Landlords will have access to their private Owner's Portal on Yardi Breeze - our management software. And when the property needs to be released, we'll manage any vendors required to make it ready for your next tenant.
We want your tenants to have a pleasant and seamless experience so they'll renew and/or expand for subsequent terms. Steele Property Management's associates are here to make sure that happens by quickly and efficiently resolving concerns and requests with minimal disruption. Our list of seasoned vendors and suppliers are trustworthy, honest, and vetted. We make paying rent and submitting maintenance requests easy through Yardi Breeze. Tenant's can create their own portal to pay rent and submit maintenance requests (and pictures) online.

Typical Leasing Fee: 6.0% on a co-brokered lease
4.0% if no cooperating broker
Typical Management Fees: 4.0 - 6.0% of the Gross Monthly Income
(Compared to a fixed price per square foot, a percentage derivative better aligns leasing and occupancy incentives.)
