As a North Carolina native and Raleigh resident since 1988, Ashley has enjoyed observing the vibrant development and growth of our beautiful city. She feels fortunate to work in a career where she can develop meaningful relationships with clients, while providing her deep local knowledge to ensure well informed real estate decisions.
Since earning her NC Real Estate License in 2014, she's had the pleasure of working with tenants, landlords, buyers and sellers throughout the Triangle.

As the Director of Property Management, Teresa manages the day-to-day operation of our portfolio. Teresa brings more than 20 years of industry experience from boutique and large companies locally. Her passion for building wonderful working relationships with landlords and tenants is second to none. She earned her NC Real Estate License in 2005.​
Teresa is a native of Raleigh and loves all the many changing seasons of this area. During her downtime, she enjoys trips to the mountains to relax with her husband, Craig, and their puppy, Bella Rose.

Celeste joined Steele Property Management in June 2025. A Texas native, she graduated from Texas A&M University in 2024 (whoop!) with a degree in Psychology and Human Resource Development. She spent the following year as a Raleigh Fellow, quickly growing to love North Carolina and the Triangle area.​
Celeste enjoys the seasons of Raleigh, especially the colors of fall. In her free time, you can find her running, walking along local lakes with her roommates, playing Bananagrams in a coffee shop, or taking a weekend trip to explore a new town.

Prior to founding Steele Property Management and Steele Commercial, Stephen was with The Lundy Group, Inc., most recently serving as Vice President. Prior to that, he worked with NorthView Partners and Morisey Commercial on in-fill development in the Triangle, and with Destination Hotels and Resorts in Hospitality Management.
Stephen holds a Masters in Business Administration from UNC's Kenan-Flagler Business School with concentrations in Corporate Finance, Real Estate Finance, and Real Estate Development. He earned his BS degree from Elon University, Cum Laude.
